My recent work has generally come into being through the involvement of other people. Practicing dedicated methods of observation and analysis, I attempt to establish environmental conditions that intensify sensory perception. I consider discussions, dialogues and actions that take place within such environments as raw material for my working process. I document this material through sound recordings, scripts and sometimes also on video.
Through this process, I investigate areas of tension between the word and the wordless, between the communicable and the incommunicable. In the complex space, interwoven between body and psyche, I trace sensations out of context, lost names and the nameless.
